Shipping and Returns
We gladly accept returns & exchanges for STORE CREDIT ONLY on all eligible items within 15 days of purchase. Clothing & Footwear must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the tags attached. All other merchandise must be in original packaging with the tags & unopened.
If you wish to exchange, please state changes on the invoice with the merchandise you are returning.

We currently ship to United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us for questions on Rush or International Shipping options that may not be listed. Please allow for extra shipping time on Holiday orders.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. We ship most items via USPS. A valid physical address is required.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

When you place an order or request a catalog over the internet, you will be providing personal information to Small in the Saddle including name, address, telephone number, email and credit card information. All of your personal information including credit card number, name and address is encrypted so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. When you see either a solid key icon or a locked padlock icon at the lower portion of your browser window, then the site is secured. Pages requesting personal information should always have one of these icons.
Credit Card Authorizations - Your credit card authorization is obtained through a private data communications network that is completely separate from our website and the internet.
